Since production deployment, the applications and infrastructure have maintained an availability SLA of 99.99%.      Canada-based Mobile Telecommunications Company Developed Virtualized Oracle e-Business Suite Global Hosting Solution for a rapidly expanding mobile communications company in Central & South America and Africa. The most complex software solution deployed by the company at the time. System components included Oracle e-Business Suite, Hyperion Planning Plus, Business Intelligence and SOA application components; Oracle 11G RAC Enterprise Database. High level solution components included Canada and UK based hosting for dedicated cloud infrastructure provisioned on VMWare ESX platform supporting Oracle RHEL, CDN services, hybrid (shared \ dedicated) managed services included 24x7 proactive monitoring for the hosted infrastructure, application and database layers, Levels 1 through 3 application and database functional support. System was deployed globally at the mobile provider’s retail outlets as well as corporate offices in Central & South America countries including Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Colombia, Bolivia and Paraguay. Deployments expanded to the African continent in 2013. including the following countries: Ghana, Democratic of Congo, Mauritius, Rwanda, Senegal, Chad and Tanzania. ​ Global Pharmaceutical Company Developed a Dynamic Virtual Server Provisioning Solution for a global pharmaceutical company's system testing environment, aiming to cut relative support costs for its application testing infrastructure. Utilizing standard Testing Environment Management Services (TEMS), a strategy was crafted to implement support services within a dedicated hosted cloud architecture. Through internally developed dynamic provisioning tools and tailored workflow automation, developers could deploy testing environments on-demand in a consumption-based platform model. Support services were rendered solely for the number of active virtual servers. Outcomes included expedited deployment and decommissioning of test environments, alongside a 58% reduction in support costs. This deployment of TEMS in the cloud was a pioneer in using the in-house dynamic provisioning and monitoring system. ​ Global Telecommunications Company Developed a fully branded infrastructure support model for a managed unified communications and call center devices \ applications.
